Sciatica
Pronounced sigh-attic-uh.
It's my most current diagnosis. If it's not my immune system, it's my back. I swear, I AM trying to be healthy, but my body is rebelling against me. It's frustrating.
Not to mention PAINful. Not as painful as kidney stones (the only time I've given them a 10 when they ask you to rate your pain was the kidney stones), but pretty damn hurting. And only time makes it go away.
I'll be better soon.... right?

You poor thing. I'm sorry you are in pain. That really sucks!
I can relate to what you say about your body rebelling against you. I know that feeling well.
Do all you can, and then realize that you can do no more. It is frustrating to not have control over everything in our lives, especially our health.
I wish you well.
Carae,
Sorry to hear that you are ill. I know the feeling of having your body rebel against you, I have had three life-threatening diseases (rhumatoid authritis, nuephritis, and Hodgkins Lymphoma). Trust me when I say that the storm will pass, and when you look back you won't care about the pain, you'll only care that you are a survivor and that you have friends and family to spend your life with. Nothing can ease the pain of sickness more than happiness.
Hoping you will be well soon.
BEN
Thanks, guys...
Pain medication is helping, and I think, after almost 5 days, maybe it's working it's way back to normal.
Ben, I have tried to leave comments on your new site, but it won't let me access the comments!
Can a regular dose of vitamins take care of it or at least aide?
I take 1000 mg Vit C every day. I haven't heard of vitamins being good particularly for spinal health, but you never know.
